HRM Series Module 4: Job Design and Evaluation

Job Design and Evaluation, the 4th Module of the HRM Series, reviewed the existing business processes and flow of works of the organization in relation to its current and future business needs. It takes a look at how these workloads are classified into jobs, clustered into job families, and valued these jobs (in relation to core competency and business objectives of the organization).

Specifically, it shows how to conduct analysis of the present jobs available in the organization to determine its current worth to the organization. This includes a review on the current job descriptions including its competency requirements and its implication to the existing performance management system.
