Module 6 of the HRM Series, with topic Attendance Policy Making and Management, was received with appreciation by the participants. There were so much sharing of actual experiences and best practices and how big organizations and manufacturing companies deal with their employee and labor issues. The discussion on the different labor laws related to work hours, tardiness, undertime, leaves and overtime management were enriched with many examples and illustrations on how to formulate and implement company policies and guidelines based on labor laws.
