Job Description:

  1. Proper handling of all implementation tasks, activities, and milestones including schedules and meetings.
  2. Pro-active assistance to the Project Manager in the monitoring of clients requirements and deliverables.
  3. Appropriate documentations (including constant encoding and update to Perceptor) for all phases of the project including requirements specification, job orders, progress/status reports, and milestone acceptance.
  4. Facilitate users training.
  5. Proper coordination with Customer Services Group (CSG) for software installation and database configuration.
  6. Facilitative assistance to users during database buildup, test runs, parallel runs, and live runs.
  7. Proper handling and monitoring of all issues and problems encountered during the implementation cycle, making appropriate recommendation for problem resolutions, and implementing approved resolutions.
  8. Professional representation of ACLT (as an organization and provider of quality software) to the clients and users.
  9. Proper handling of customer relations and maintaining of friendly and cooperative atmosphere during and after implementation stages.
  10. Proper coordination with Finance Department for billing and collection, transportation expenses, and other implementation related expenses.
  11. Regular submission of project status reports to Project Manager (daily or whatever is agreed upon) regarding progress of the projects, issues and problems encountered, issues on client requirements and needs, and other project management issues.
  12. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Requirements:

  • Must have completed software implementation projects in the past
  • With at least 8 yrs work experience in IT related jobs
  • With above average skills in both oral and written communication
  • Must have experience in directly handling teams
  • Must be between 30-45 yrs old

Job Description:

  1. Proper management of all implementation tasks, activities, and milestones including schedules and meetings.
  2. Putting in place all necessary control points and control systems to avoid delays, errors and mistakes that will costs ACLT and the client wastage of time and additional costs.
  3. Proper control and monitoring of client requirements and deliverables.
  4. Management of appropriate documentations (including making sure that all members of the implementation team constantly encodes and updates the Perceptor) for all phases of the project including requirements specification, job orders, progress/status reports, and milestone acceptance.
  5. Overseeing the proper handling of users training and its appropriate preparation activities such as manual printing and filling up of evaluation forms.
  6. Proper coordination with Customer Services Group (CSG) for software installation and database configuration.
  7. Proper management of database buildup, test runs, parallel runs, and live runs.
  8. Proper management of all issues and problems encountered during the implementation cycle, endorsing appropriate resolutions, and implementing necessary course of actions.
  9. Professional representation of ACLT Management to the clients and users.
  10. Management of good customer relations and maintaining friendly and cooperative attitude towards client representatives and users.
  11. Proper coordination with Finance Department for billing and collection, transportation expenses, and other implementation related expenses.

Job Description:

  1. Perform account management for potential leads and prospects of direct selling efforts.
  2. Coordinate with pre-sales staff for lead generation, telemarketing, and documentation.
  3. Conduct thorough qualifications of accounts during the initial stage of selling cycle.
  4. Create game plans and make appropriate market studies for accounts handled.
  5. Conduct client visits and technical presentations or product demonstrations.
  6. Manage all pre-sales activities for new accounts and promotes good customer relations.
  7. Conduct initial investigation on client requirements and perform appropriate documentation for recommendation and submission of proposal.
  8. Prepare and submit proposals to prospective clients.
  9. Coordinate with the Marketing Group for marketing activities such as exhibits and product launching.
  10. Coordinate with the Implementation Group for account implementation activities and pricing.
  11. Coordinate with R&D group for product delivery, installation, and potential customization.
  12. Prepare and submit sales forecast and sales plan regularly to Immediate Superior for review and approval.
  13. Deliver the set sales objectives and quota.
  14. Report regularly to Management for progress status of all accounts being handled and make appropriate suggestions and recommendations for the improvement of both Products and Customer Service.
  15. Promote and protect the image and reputation of the company at all times while under the employment and few years after such employment.
  16. Perform other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.
