One Business Process Outsourcing Services (1BPO) is a service oriented organization engaged in providing development programs and third party services in the areas of information technology, accounting and finance, human resource management, employee and labor relations, operations management, and strategic planning to clients so that business organizations can focus on their own core competencies.

1BPO was established in July 2018 as extension of its mother company ACLT Computing Inc., who have been in IT and HRIS business for more than 25 years.

What We Provide

We provide outsourced services from recruitment and manpower deployment to HR administration, organizational development and training, job evaluation and analysis, human resource information systems implementation, and management consulting.

Our consultants are experts on various aspects of business operations and organizational leadership with experiences spanning more than 20 years in their own respective fields.

We are present in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. Our Mindanao office is located at the heart of Cagayan de Oro City. We can be reached by our clients using all types of modern communication and advance technologies.
